I was trying to get everything sorted, but I realized I couldn’t really move forward without seeing the actual checkout details first. I wanted to understand what happened clearly before giving an honest take, so I had to pause and ask for more information.

"Warranty support took way too long"
I reached out to sh-fitness.store about a warranty issue, it was frustrating. I get that companies get busy, and maybe I caught them at a bad time, but the replies were slow and I never really got a clear answer. I had to follow up more than once, which was annoying because I didn’t exactly have tons of free time to keep chasing it. It kind of felt like they didn’t really want to deal with the problem. Disappointed with the support overall

"Not really worth it, unfortunately"
I ordered from sh-fitness.store because I thought I was getting a solid deal, but once it arrived, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain. I guess my expectations were a little too high for wanting decent value for the money.
The quality was fine, in the most generous sense of the word, but nothing about it stood out. I’ve definitely seen similar products for less elsewhere, and even the packaging had that “we tried, sort of” feeling.
Maybe other people had a better experience, and good for them if they did, but it just wasn’t worth the price for me. I wouldn’t buy it again, but at least now I know.

"Please only review if you actually ordered it"
I get that people want to be helpful, but reviews make way more sense when they come from someone who actually placed an order. Maybe I’m being picky because I rely on reviews a lot and don’t have time to sort through random comments, but I really just want to hear about the real shipping experience—like how long it took, how it was packaged, and whether there were any issues.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered from Sh-fitness and the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely changed, and the parcel showed up way later than the date they originally gave. Maybe I’m being a bit impatient, but it just felt like I had no idea what was actually happening.
I don’t mind waiting a little longer if I know what’s going on, but the lack of updates made it annoying. I kept checking the tracking and wondering if I’d missed something or if the package was just stuck somewhere. I’d probably avoid ordering from them again if I needed something by a certain date...

"Sizing was kinda off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way tighter than I expected. The material is decent, so no big complaints there, but the size guide could definitely be clearer. Kinda annoying, tbh.

"Packaging was rough??"
I ordered from Sh-fitness and the actual product seems okay, but the packaging was kind of a mess. The box showed up crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside?? A few pieces were rubbing against each other, so they had little marks on them by the time I opened it. For fitness gear, I expected it to be packed a bit more carefully. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I’m definitely not happy with how it arrived.

I was excited to set this up since I’d been trying to get back into a regular walking routine at home. It was easy enough to get going, and for the first week or so it seemed fine for light use. I wasn’t doing anything intense, just short walks here and there. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, the motor stopped working, so now it’s basically unusable. Disappointing overall.

I was kind of in a rush, so it was a little frustrating that some of the prices weren’t easy to figure out right away. It would be nice if everything was labeled more clearly.

"Refund process was confusing and slow"
I did eventually get my refund, so I guess it worked out in the end, but wow it took way longer than I expected. The updates I got were kind of all over the place, so I was never really sure if it was actually being handled or if I needed to keep chasing it. Frustrating experience overall.

I was disappointed with the quality. It felt cheap right out of the box, and it broke way faster than I expected. When I reached out, the whole experience made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual customer.

I reached out to sh-fitness.store with a few questions before placing my order, and to be fair, the staff got back to me quickly.
They seemed fine with the basic stuff about the equipment, but once I asked anything more specific, the answers started to feel a bit shaky. I ended up having to look up some details myself, which I put more on their team for not being better prepared.
It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of average. They were helpful enough, but for a fitness store, I expected the staff to know their products a little better.

I had an issue with my order and, from what I remember, it took longer than it should’ve to get sorted out. They did eventually get back to me and fix it, but I know I had to follow up a couple times, which was annoying. I don’t remember every detail now, and it definitely wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it wasn’t great either...

"Returns were such a hassle"
Trying to return my order was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to keep chasing for basic info and the replies took ages. I’m still not even sure what happens next, which is frustrating. If the return process stays like this, I probaly wouldn’t order again.

I was about to place an order, but the whole thing felt a little off to me. The site didn’t look very polished, and I couldn’t find much solid info about the brand. What really frustrated me was how the policies seemed vague, almost like they’d be used as an excuse if something went wrong. I ended up backing out because I just didn’t feel confident enough to trust it

"Fell apart way too quickly"
I bought some fitness equipment from Sh-fitness it started feeling cheap fast. After just a few regular workouts, some parts were already getting loose, and then one of the handles started cracking. I wasn’t even going hard with it or anything, which makes it more annoying. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. Anyway, really disappointed and I wouldn’t buy from them again

Payment went through without any real trouble, so that part was nice. But i wasn’t totally sure how secure it felt during checkout. Maybe it was fine, maybe I’m overthinking it, but it didn’t give me a super confident feeling.
